*Bookings for the international plan are available before domestic housing availability. The flexible room rate allows for guest name changes without penalties up to the date of the event.

Italian Agents (AIFA)
The ACR has appointed ACR IGH as the sole delegate to coordinate and collect requests from Italian pharmaceutical companies and complete the mandatory procedure in compliance with Legislative Order No. 219 of April 24, 2006, par. 124. Email info@acr-igh.com for more information.

Group Registration

Group registration is defined as 10 or more paid registrations using the same credit card or check. Participants being registered as part of a group will be required to submit their demographic information via an information submission form. Once you have signed and returned the group registration contract, ACR group registration will contact you with instructions for your group. Please download the group contract that best fits your group attendance type.
