Who is in the lead?
As of July 2 – an ARHP member in Huntington, NY is STILL in the lead.  Three ACR member’s are tied for first place (Fayetteville, NC, Mississauga, Ontario Canada and Oak Creek, WI)…but only one will receive the reward!

We have 69 sponsors that recruited a total of 93 new ARHP members, keep up the good work!  Read more on how to get started.

Remember, no matter how you choose to recruit potential new ARHP members, there are great rewards – including a chance to receive a $500 airline flight certificate.  This will be given to the top ACR and top ARHP member who sponsored the most new ARHP members between February 1 – August 25, 2008.  They will be recognized at the Networking Forum during the 2008 Annual Scientific Meeting in San Francisco, CA for their contribution to the ARHP.  You can be that member, all you have to do is click, print and pass along a membership application to your colleagues, we’ve even provided you with a recruitment kit that includes a list of ARHP membership benefits.

Get involved today!  Visit the ACR Grassroots Action page to learn out how to become involved as an advocate and contact your legislators or view our Hot Issues page, and see what the ACR is working on now. The 2007 Arthritis Prevention Control and Cure Act (S. 626 / H.R. 1283) has been introduced in Congress, and we need your help! Please contact your senators and representatives and ask them to cosponsor the Arthritis Act.  To find out whether your legislators have cosponsored the act, click here and view the status as of June 5, 2008.
