Group Manager Housing Block Request
The ACR Convergence group housing block request website is for groups to request 10 or more rooms. For smaller groups, please plan to use the attendee registration and hotel website when it opens on June 27, 2025.
As the group contact, you have access to our group housing website to request a block of rooms for your company.
International Groups
Groups with a breakfast package – Please contact the Maritz international group housing partner, info@acr-igh.com, who will offer priority access to preferred hotels, amenities, and locations in an all-inclusive package. Pre-register to receive access to the official international housing provider: ACR International Group Housing.
Groups without a breakfast package – Please contact the Maritz group housing team at acrgroups@maritz.com.
Instructions to Request Room Block
- Go to the ACR Convergence Group Hotels website to start your room block request.
- Click ‘Group’ and create an account.
After you create an account, select the preferred hotel(s), enter the number of rooms needed per night, and note any special requests.
The Maritz team will review your block request, assign your hotel(s), and send you an email. Then you can return to the group housing website and enter a credit card to guarantee your block.
Individual names and rooms assignments within your room block will not be available until group registration opens on June 27, 2025. The deadline to assign all rooms is September 5, 2025.
Registration Reminders for Group Agents
Email addresses must be valid and verifiable; bounced or unverified addresses may delay registration and prevent access to the onsite meeting app and on demand website.
If an attendee is not found in the ACR database, the attendee must Create an Account.
All group attendees must agree to the ACR Code of Conduct Policy or no badge will be printed.
Switch and Replace (name substitutions) are not allowed. Participants should be cancelled (and your record credited) and new records added through October 1, 2025. Please note that there are rate differences after August 22, 2025.
After October 1, new additions to a group will be processed onsite at ACR Convergence at the group registration office and incur a $75 late fee.
