You can also use the app to navigate around the convention center. Routes are available between session rooms, Exhibit Hall, Poster Hall, Registration, and more. There is also a list of food options available in and around the convention center.
Reminder: You must log in to view your personalized schedule, session notes, and suggested sessions.
Overflow Procedures
To comply with convention center safety regulations, standing in the back of session rooms is not permitted. We kindly ask all attendees to respect this policy to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
There are two dedicated session rooms for scientific session overflow: Overflow 1 (Room W178A-B, Level 1) and Overflow 2 (Room W474A-B, Level 4). Attendees will be guided to the nearest available overflow space when needed. If a session is redirected, watch for updates via digital signage and app notifications.
If you miss any presentations, recordings of most sessions will be accessible on demand, except where specifically indicated in the app. Select active learning sessions, networking sessions, and add-on courses, e.g., Meet the Professor sessions, will not be recorded.
On-Demand Access
If you miss a session or two, catch the recording on demand! Recordings will be available as soon as possible after the session takes place. Please note, not all sessions will be recorded, e.g., active learning sessions, Meet the Professor sessions, industry sessions, and more. Check the full list of on-demand sessions in the app.

In Hall F2, check out offerings from industry, nonprofit, and other partners, as well as ACR information. View the Exhibit Hall map and list of exhibiting companies.

- Map your route before leaving your hotel.
